Pikes Peak: Winter Time Vacay

Looking to take a winter trip sometime soon? We suggest checking out Pikes Peak! Coined “America’s most famous mountain” , this is located about “15 minutes west of Colorado Springs on Highway 24″ (http://www.springsgov.com/SectionIndex.aspx?SectionID=18).

While you’re taking in the breathtaking scenery, don’t think for a second that Pikes Peak only offers a great view. You can also bring your bait for fishing, food for a nice family picnic and/or hiking boots to get in some discovery and exercise.

And if you plan on being there for New Years, the AdAmAn Club will have a fireworks display on Dec. 31 at midnight. We can only imagine how amazing a fireworks show would be at this historical site!
